Overview

The Facilities & Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing maintenance operations within a Distribution Centre, ensuring safety, sanitation, and reliability standards are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans for and perform preventive maintenance of equipment, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, security, and other assets in the distribution center.
• Manage vendors and lead a team of supervisors and maintenance technicians to troubleshoot maintenance issues and repair or replace assets as required.
• Source and manage MRO spare parts, consumables, tools, and other related maintenance equipment to keep assets in good working order.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and site stakeholders to plan, install, commission, and maintain production equipment.
