Facilities engineer (heroica nogales)

Overview

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of the assigned facilities equipment and installations, including but not limited to: air compressors, air conditioning units, swamp coolers, exhaust fans, fire suppression system, building and grounds, gates, alarm system, water heaters, space heaters, furniture, illumination system, etc.

Responsibilities Daily walkthroughs by the building to verify everything is operating as expected. Inspection and troubleshooting for: compressed air system, A/C units, swamp coolers, restroom issues, emergency generators, electrical installations, etc. Conducts periodic inspections to ensure 5 S's and safety conditions are maintained in the building.
