Facilities Engineer / Assistant Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer / Assistant Engineer to lead a team of technicians and subcontractors in the servicing, maintenance & repair of the company's premises, including buildings & facilities. The scope of work will cover building components, electrical components & equipment, as well as air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation (ACMV) components and equipment. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing processes, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining excellent building standards.

• Lead and provide technical guidance and support to technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Develop and plan work schedules, resource allocation, and manpower for assigned tasks, ensuring prompt response to emergency repair requests.
