**岗位目标**
负责机加工中心全生命周期管理，通过设备维护、持续改善及技术升级，以最优成本和方案最大限度减少设备停机时间，提高设备可靠性和运行效率。
**主要职责**
+ 组织设备应急抢修，减少设备停机损失；
+ 负责复杂设备故障诊断、抢修及根因分析，推动改善措施落地；
+ 执行并持续优化TPM流程，降低设备故障率和停机时长；
+ 实施设备升级改造、大修及项修项目，提高设备性能和使用寿命；
+ 支持工艺项目实施，负责设备前期技术可行性评估，以及设备安装、调试、验收等工作；
+ 制定PM计划及维修作业指导书，开展维修人员技术培训与能力提升；
+ 负责设备备件管理，包括备件识别、新增申请、维修预算管理，以及国产化和替代方案开发；
+ 编写设备故障分析报告并进行汇报。
