Position Overview
The Night Shift Facilities Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing all critical facility operations during the night shift business hours. This role ensures seamless functioning of infrastructure, safety, transportation, cafeteria services, security, and building systems across multiple facilities. The position requires proactive monitoring, quick decision-making, and strong vendor coordination to ensure uninterrupted operations.1. Facility Operations Management
Manage end-to-end administrative and facilities operations across two or more facilities during night shift.
Ensure all critical infrastructure (power, HVAC, utilities, UPS) are operational.
Conduct periodic facility rounds and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and compliance standards.
