Overview

TD Wealth Practice Management is hiring a senior Facilitator to partner with the business in delivering learning experiences that raise employee capability and drive meaningful business outcomes. The role goes beyond delivery, shaping learning programs to maximize impact through facilitation mastery and deep Wealth expertise.

Responsibilities

1. Lead High‑Impact Facilitation
   • Facilitate using a guide‑by‑their‑side approach where learners actively problem‑solve and apply concepts.
   • Apply deep subject‑matter expertise in financial planning and private wealth management to ask the right questions, challenge thinking, and guide learners toward accurate, high‑quality outcomes.
