Welder/Fabricator – 1st Shift | East Madison
We are actively hiring Welders/Fabricators for multiple opportunities with reputable companies in the East Madison area. These are great positions for candidates looking to grow their skills in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $20–$24/hour, based on experience

Schedule: 1st Shift (hours may vary by client)

Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials and thicknesses

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication

Work with tight tolerances and follow detailed specifications

Complete metal finishing, including grinding and polishing

Safely operate an overhead crane when needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
