EY-PARTHENON Strategy Manager - IT Transactions

In this key role, you will assist clients in addressing strategic challenges through effective management of IT due diligence and transaction services. Your expertise will guide clients in integration planning, identifying key synergies, and developing critical strategies for both pre-deal and post-deal engagements. Building collaborative relationships will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage teams for IT due diligence and client transactions
• Execute integration and carve-out planning projects
• Identify and validate synergies for transaction value
• Develop processes for Transitional Services Agreements
