External Workforce HR Services Generalist (Remote)

Sanofi is seeking a People Services Generalist – External Workforce (EWF) in the Bogotá Hub to manage the complete lifecycle of the external workforce, ensuring accurate data, onboarding/offboarding, and high-quality service.

You will work with Workday, SAP Fieldglass, and ServiceNow to resolve issues, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring GDPR compliance across processes.
