Reporting to the Payroll Operations Manager, this full-time role requires a minimum of two years of experience processing unionized payrolls. You will prepare, audit, and reconcile payroll data while ensuring compliance with tax laws and collective agreements. Your excellent Microsoft Excel skills will be critical for tasks such as pivot table analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and oversee payroll operations for accuracy
• Reconcile payroll tax deductions quarterly for compliance
• Manage payroll inquiries and provide solutions via ServiceNow
• Implement strategies to enhance data integrity in payroll
• Support colleagues with special projects and training

• University degree or equivalent experience in HR or Finance
