Job DescriptionHybrid role: This position requires working 3 days on site and 2 days from home on a full‐time basis.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the logistic processes of stock and emergencies export shipments across all transportation modes:Contact different forwarders to request their services and provide necessary information.Get the booking or AWB.Coordinate the pickup.Develop packing list, commercial invoices, hazmat declaration and customs processes.Review and optimize transportation rates.Provide export documents to the custom broker, customers and carriers.Develop the export shipment instruction letter including all shipment information.Provide shipping details to the customers.Receive claims and provide resolution to the customers.Track VIP and stock reports.Demonstrate expertise in the processes required and ensure they are performed using standardized methods.Motivate direct reports and/or business partners through effective communication, training, coaching, development an...
