Expert Project Management

Overview

The Expert Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project, from initiation to completion. The position works closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• Develop the project plan, including timeline, budget, and resource plans.
• Execute the project plan, monitor progress against the plan and ensure the project remains on scope, on time, and on budget while ensuring the completeness and quality of all deliverables.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Prepare monthly project status reports and financial reports, including Year End Outlook (YEO).
• Determine and assess need for additional staff or consultants, and make appropriate recruitment decisions during the project cycle...
