Experiential Learning Specialist, Future Science Leaders Year 1 Program

Position Description:

Working as a member of the Public Engagement Team, the Experiential Learning Specialist, Future Science Leaders (FSL) Year 1, in consultation with their direct manager, plays both lead and supporting roles in the development, coordination, implementation, documentation and evaluation of Science World’s Future Science Leaders Year 1 program. Reporting to the Program Manager, Future Science Leaders, the Experiential Learning Specialist works cross-departmentally to ensure that our STEAM experiences meet high standards of excellence, while building relationships inside and outside the Science World organization.

The FSL Year 1 (Discover) program invites grade 10 and 11 students to participate in learning and skill-building activities in a wide variety of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Design, Math) topics led by FSL staff and by guest experts.
