Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to BC Mines Act and health policies
• Install and repair underground mine services
• Operate equipment, including boom trucks and sprayers
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings for safety
• Assist in other mining and construction tasks as needed

Requirements

• Two years of underground mining experience
• Skills in installing compressed air and ventilation systems
• Solid literacy and numeracy for reporting
• Commitment to a 3 weeks on/off schedule
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs repetitively
