Experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

EFC Developments is hiring an Experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for our Calgary office. This position is vital in ensuring our aviation facilities are well-maintained and safe for tenants.
As a supervisor, you will oversee multi-site maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your hands-on knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will help maintain our facilities efficiently. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for managing trades and delivering exceptional tenant service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily maintenance work orders

Requirements:
