Expeditor

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Expeditor to support our production team by coordinating and verifying ingredients for the manufacturing process. This role helps ensure production runs efficiently by maintaining accurate documentation, supplying production lines with the correct ingredients, and following established quality and food safety standards. The ideal candidate is organized, works well independently and with a team, and is willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Duties: Responsible for prepped recipe ingredient verification. Responsible for accurate documentation of ingredients and lot numbers to ensure inventory accuracy and allocation of materials. Responsible for ensuring each line has appropriate recipes in queue and safely transporting all ingredients from prep.
