Role Description – PG25 HCC

This position will be based in Santiago, Chile, and will have a transactional and operational focus across MedTech, Vision Care, and Surgical Vision. This is an experienced analyst role (not entry level) that requires strong autonomy and the ability to work with minimal supervision. It is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports. The role will play a hands‑on and analytical role, focused on designing, executing, and improving key elements of the Health Care Compliance program. It will require a strong connection with the business, the ability to shape behaviors, and a clear sense of urgency.
