Job Description Facilities & Front Desk Operations
- Oversee daily front-desk and facility operations for The Nook to ensure a premium, well-organized environment.
- Manage daily operational logistics, including pantry supplies, equipment maintenance, and meeting-room booking schedules.
- Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to ensure the workspace is maintained in a clean, defect-free condition, and manage the visitor registration system.
- Assist with preparation of commercial tenancy documentation, including lease agreements, upcoming renewals, and extensions.
- Maintain accurate tenant records and execute necessary follow-ups to ensure administrative compliance.
