Qualifications
- Lead all Culinary operations and drive departmental excellence.
- Develop and manage the departmental team, budget, and operational SOPs.
- Ensure delivery of FAENA luxury service standards.
- Partner with the GM and Executive Committee on hotel-wide strategy.
- Manage compliance with Saudi regulations and FAENA brand standards.
- Lead pre-opening setup and team development for the department.
- Build cross-departmental collaboration for seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor KPIs, guest feedback, and operational performance metrics.
- Develop and execute talent development and succession planning programs.
- Represent the department in Executive Committee meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in hospitality with at least 3 years at Director level in Culinary.
- Pre-opening experience in a luxury hotel is strongly preferred.
