About the Company

Our client, a highly regarded resort and hospitality destination in Ontario, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to help lead multiple a la carte dining outlets and special event operations.

About the Role

This is a leadership role for a chef who is equally comfortable developing creative menus, managing food and labour costs, coaching teams, and jumping onto the line when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily culinary operations across multiple dining venues
  • Develop innovative menus and seasonal features
  • Execute weddings, corporate events, and special functions
  • Drive profitability while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Mentor and develop the next generation of culinary talent

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume culinary environment
  • Culinary certification and/or Red Seal designation considered an asset
  • Full-time Other-General
