Opportunity Description
Role Purpose The Executive People Partner will be the primary point of contact for WPP HQ employees and stakeholders from a People team perspective. This person will work closely with Business Managers and Employees to deliver an excellent employee experience, drive engagement, foster a high-performance culture, and resolve People issues. This role requires an empathetic, agile, and communicative HR professional who can independently handle employee connects, support performance management, and maintain data-driven insights on the People front.
