Executive Pastry Chef: Lead Bakery, Training & Rewards

Four Seasons Hotels Ltd is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef for our East Cape location in Baja California Sur, Mexico. You will lead the pastry operation, supervise staff, ensure quality controls and food safety, and coordinate with hotel leadership to maintain top-tier standards.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a College Degree in F&B and at least five years of pastry kitchen management experience.
