Executive Management Trainee (Xico)

The successful candidate will enter the Regional trainee program, where for ***** months will participate in various modules to be carried out in home country and may include also different countries in the Latin America region.
After successfully completing the program, the candidate will be considered a local manager and assigned as Branch Manager position in their country of origin or where there is an available opportunity.
Overview of the position
The Branch Manager role will involve managing day to day activity of the current coffee business in the country including procurement, processing, quality, shipments and logistics.
This is a well‐rounded role that gives the experience of managing a large business in one of the fastest growing Arabica or Robusta coffee origins.
