Role Overview

Reporting to the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Council, the Executive Director is the senior administration official of the TH Government. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the laws, policies, and programs of the TH Government are implemented, providing information, advice, and recommendations to the Council on operation, management, governance, and fiscal management of the TH Government. The incumbent directs, manages, and supervises TH employees, carries out Council‑delegated powers, and provides overall direction to the Senior Management Team, including the development of an annual budget aligned with the Council’s strategic plan. ...
