Executive Director – College Strategy & Operations

Baptist Churches of New Zealand is seeking a leader for the College, reporting to the College Principal. This role involves leading the staff, ensuring compliance with legislation, and operationalising strategic plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will chair meetings, direct Senior Management Team efforts, and co-lead the implementation of strategy objectives. A full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week is expected.
