Opportunity Description
Civeo Premium Services Employees LP is currently seeking an Executive Chef for our operations in the Faro, Yukon region. This blended leadership role is responsible for the overall management of lodge operations, including culinary services, guest experience, employee engagement, financial performance, safety, and operational excellence. This position is based on a rotational schedule of 14 days on / 14 days off, as required by the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all lodge operations, including culinary, housekeeping, front desk, and guest services, ensuring exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Oversee kitchen operations, menu planning, food quality, inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.
Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive, engaged, and safety-focused work environment.
