Location: Remote (US Based Client)
Hours: 10 hours per week (with potential to scale)
Compensation: $7-$10 / hour (commensurate with experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly articulate, empathetic, and exceptionally organized Remote Office Receptionist & EA to serve as the vital frontline support for a busy mental health and social work practice.
This is a communication-heavy role. You will be the primary voice and face of the practice, managing the daily flow of client phone calls and SMS/text messages. Because you will be interacting directly with North American or Western clients during vulnerable or sensitive moments, a native, near-native, or completely neutral (zero) English accent is strictly required.
