What is the opportunity?
As an Executive Assistant, you play a critical role by providing direct support to the senior leadership team within RBC Insurance Finance. This role will support the CFO, RBC Insurance, requiring a dynamic individual who can manage executive schedules, handle confidential information with discretion, and maintain a productive, efficient and a professional workplace environment. Areas of work include Executive Support, Event Planning, Travel Coordination, Administrative Operations and Team Communications.
What will you do?
- Provide administrative support to the CFO, RBC Insurance, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Insurance Finance leadership team.
