What do we expect from you

Mondrian Abu Dhabi is preparing to make its mark and were looking for an experienced EAM F&B to lead and shape the culinary experiences at our hotel. As the EAM F&B you will be the driving force behind the entire food and beverage vision at Mondrian Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will lead the strategic direction concept execution and operational excellence of all F&B outlets and experiences playing a central role in the hotels identity and success. This is a senior executive position entrusted with full ownership of the F&B division from preopening through to steadystate operations and one that demands bold leadership creativity and precision.
