Be responsible for O&M of equipment including Switching, MSAGs, Power, (DC, AC, Solar), DG Set, Air Conditioning, Batteries, rectifiers, GPON + ODNs O&M support, BO support and Microwave, DRS services for PTCL Nodes and Corporate customers.

• Maintaining YTD Wireline Network Availability & Corporate MTTR.
• Improve customer experience.
• Cost Efficiencies through CAPEX & OPEX Management.
• Immediate conduction of Testing/releasing of PQAT IDs and processing of GRN/SANs at SAP and Clearance of invoices at e- invoicing portal.
• Job assignment and performance session to be conducted.
• Ensure 100% completion of engagement sessions.
