Role Overview
A high‑calibre EWP Consultant is required to deliver professional psychosocial counseling, specialist case management and managerial support within a fast‑paced, high‑performance wellness environment. This role demands a registered mental health professional who can operate confidently across complex cases, high‑risk scenarios and multi‑stakeholder engagements, while maintaining uncompromising clinical, ethical and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Telephonic Counselling & Case Management — Provide short‑term, solution‑focused counseling, behavioral risk assessment and structured case management for referred individuals.
- Managerial Consultation — Support managers and HR representatives with informal and formal referrals, guidance and behavioral risk insights.
