Elevate Toronto Public Library Foundation’s community presence as the Senior Manager of Events and Community Engagement. Lead impactful events while working in a hybrid model.
Reporting to the Director of Donor Experience, you will execute a diverse portfolio of fundraising events and community engagements. This senior management role requires a strategic leader with 5-7 years of event planning experience, who can enhance stakeholder engagement and donor stewardship. Help shape inclusive experiences that deepen community connections with the Foundation’s mission.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute up to 20 annual engagement and fundraising events • Develop exceptional experiences that promote philanthropy • Research new event concepts to match trends and needs • Manage event meetings, budgets, and performance metrics • Support third-party community initiatives extending TPLF's reach
