This casual position reports to the Hospitality Services Coordinator. You will ensure client satisfaction during events, manage bar and concession services, and assist with logistics for user groups. The role includes troubleshooting technology, interacting diplomatically with clients, and adhering to health and safety protocols throughout events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle user group bookings and event operations
• Set up and take down equipment for each event
• Troubleshoot basic AV technology for user groups
• Provide top-notch customer service and support
• Assist with ticketing and décor setup as needed
Requirements:

• AGLC Pro-Serve certification
