Contribute to exceptional resident care as a Part-Time Registered Nurse at Port Perry Place, Southbridge Care Homes. This evening shift role is essential for supporting medication administration and assessments.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in the administration of care while ensuring compliance with nursing standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing residents' needs and leading nursing staff to improve practices and care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality resident care per nursing principles and policies
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Oversee the work of nursing staff within the unit
• Prepare the facility for RAI MDS assessments
• Lead the team in the absence of the Director of Care
Requirements:
• Current certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
