EUCS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a Senior EUCS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, automate, and provide L3 support for enterprise SaaS platforms, including Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, and SIMPL. The role focuses on platform reliability, identity integration, automation, DevOps, and collaboration with internal teams and SaaS vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Automate SaaS onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Implement authentication and identity integrations (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
• Provide L3 production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and release processes.
• Support containerized environments using Kubernetes and Podman.
