What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the Estimator will generate accurate and timely cost estimates for assigned projects in the utility infrastructure sector.

What You'll Do Here

• Analyze documents, drawings, specifications, addenda, and quotations in preparation for pricing.
• Perform estimate‑related oral and written communications with clients.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs within the design phase and from construction drawings.
• Coordinate and obtain pricing from subcontractors and suppliers; incorporate into estimate.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, PMO, finance, and owners staff to drive project success.
• Formulate all costs for price modelling, pricing and tender submissions – labour, equipment, material, rentals, and subcontracts.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions.
