II. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Reporting to Eddie Jurinic and Justin Pellicciotta, the Senior Estimator will be responsible to deliver properly organized estimates, budgets, and proformas and ensure the necessary systems and procedures are in place and implemented to manage Pine Glen’s Risk.
III. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determine Standard and Project Specific Labour & Equipment rates to be carried in estimates
- Establish and maintain Unit Price database
- Provide estimating leadership to Business Development opportunities
