Position: Estate Operations Director
Total Annual Package: Up to $192,500 + comprehensive benefits
• Base: Upto $175,000
• Performance bonus: up to 10% of base, paid monthly
Location: Remote (Global)
The Role:
We are hiring an operations leader to take full ownership of an international residential portfolio on behalf of a globally prominent principal. You will combine hands-on property and asset oversight with the leadership skills to build and manage high-performing teams across multiple locations.

- People. One consistent service standard, live across every property — delivered by household teams of drivers , chefs , housemaids , property maintenance crews
