ESG Investment Associate — Impact & Due Diligence

Patria Investments Ltd in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking an ESG Investment Associate to support ESG screening, due diligence, and deal structuring across pre-investment processes and fund-level compliance. The role is based in our Medellín office with an in-person work model.

The successful candidate will coordinate with investment teams, external consultants, and LPs, ensuring ESG readiness across funds and asset classes and aligning with IFC Performance Standards and SFDR requirements.
