Escalation Architect, Trust & Safety

Salt Talent Search is seeking an Escalation Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role in Singapore. You will own complex escalation cases, interpret policies, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to protect the integrity of our platforms.

You will analyze data from escalations, influence process improvements, and communicate findings to leadership while coordinating with Public Policy, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams across time zones.
