Position
ERP Key User - SF2PP (12‑month contract)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. Work Location: Onsite, 25 Wolseley Court, Cambridge.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation and data quality: formalize and document test scripts, create tickets for IT issues, provide feedback on IT solutions, participate in validation activities, take part in data migration and testing.
- Support end users: write user manuals, adjust SOPs, develop training materials, organize and lead training sessions, provide user support.
- Develop activity monitoring tools related to the ERP and provide operational support for planning and procurement activities, perform data analyses related to the supply chain, work on supply‑chain performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support end users post‑go‑live.
