What You Will Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain dental equipment.
• Manage service requests and provide repair updates.
• Offer guidance on equipment care and upgrades.
• Coordinate vendor repairs when required.
• Support territory growth by prospecting new customers and promoting preventative maintenance agreements.
• Complete work orders, billing, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain flexibility to meet customer needs, including occasional evening or weekend work.
• Travel across Ontario; reports to Concord/Ottawa Branch.
