Equipment Executive

This role involves coordinating equipment operations across inventory, trade, and local offices to meet operational and customer demands. You will manage equipment inventory, conduct maintenance assessments, optimize utilization, and drive process improvements across container management systems.

• Coordinate with Inventory/Trade/local offices to monitor availability, export allocation, demand, and container grade to meet operational requirements and customer demands
• Ensure proper tracking and reporting of equipment movement and system updating
• Ensure each local office adheres to KPI set including average empty idling days, repair cycle, and release empties based on FIFO rule
• Follow up on detained or long stay laden units until containers are returned to depot
• Conduct comprehensive visual assessments of containers, identifying damage, wear, or structural issues with photos
