Opportunity Description
Join Enhance Ontario as a Senior Technical Specialist with a concentration on Radiant applications. This role is fundamental to ensuring effective end-user workflows in a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will independently manage application operations, focusing on troubleshooting and optimizing system performance. You will lead testing efforts for upgrades and enhancements, and provide crucial support to end users while engaging with operational committees to enhance workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve application issues with minimal guidance
• Maintain and support assigned applications independently
• Facilitate testing of updates and new features
• Support end-users alongside Principal Trainers
• Assess project and issue statuses with leadership regularly
