EPC Project Manager

Inuka is working with a leading renewable energy company to recruit a 12-month fixed-term EPC Project Manager based on-site for a 100 MW+ Solar PV site in the Free State. This role will further lead the execution of utility-scale solar PV and hybrid renewable energy projects across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC project delivery from engineering through commissioning and handover.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholder activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
