EO369 – Store Manager

All full-time employees will have benefits/RRSP up to $0.75 per hour

Hours of work: Full time, Monday-Friday

Salary based on experience

Previous experience in retail management required

Bookkeeping or accounting experience required

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Excellent problem solving and decision making ability

Oversee day to day operations of gas station

Supervise, train and motivate employees to deliver excellent customer service

Monitor and balance cash registers, reconcile daily sales, and prepare bank deposits

Maintain inventory by ordering, receiving and tracking merchandise

Conduct regular inspections of store to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency

Generate reports on gas station as well as car dealership

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
