The OpportunityWe are seeking a combined Food & Nutrition and Environmental Services Manager to oversee and lead both the Food & Nutrition Services and Environmental Services (Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance) departments.This leadership role ensures high-quality services that meet the nutritional, environmental, and safety needs of our residents, aligned with AgeCare's mission, vision, and values.Key ResponsibilitiesFood & Nutrition ServicesManage and oversee all aspects of food and nutrition services, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered meal service.Conduct and review Resident Nutritional Assessments, including MDS and RAPs where applicable, and implement nutritional care plans.Participate in Resident Care Conferences and Food Committee meetings to address resident and family feedback.Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian to support residents' dietary needs.Manage food service budgets, inventory, purchasing, and ensure cost-effective operations.Ensure compliance with f...
