Environmental Performance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate environmental incident investigations, coordinate resourcing and work of the investigation team, compile evidence to identify causes of incidents, consult subject‑matter experts if required, and prepare investigation reports for distribution. Act as subject‑matter expert in the development of corrective action plans (CAP), obtain acceptance from CAP owners, track and follow‑up on progress, audit effectiveness of corrective actions upon completion and implementation.
• Project manage environmental audit programs by preparing audit terms of reference (TORs), administering contract work, ensuring compliance with TORs, meeting deliverables, and publishing final audit reports and corrective actions.
