Responsibilities Environmental Appeals Board Judge(s) adjudicate administrative appeals involving the review of decisions made under all major environmental statutes the EPA administers and includes permit decisions, appeals from enforcement decisions issued by the Office of Administrative Law Judges, petitions for reimbursement under section 106(b) of Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, and appeals from pesticide licensing and cancellation proceedings under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
