BV M&O ENVIRONMENTAL & GREEN HOUSE GASES EMISSION VERIFIER 1 ➢ Purpose of Position - The verifier will report to BV M&O Environmental Independent Verification Team Manager based in Mumbai, India. - All tasks will be performed in accordance with the instructions, processes and qualification schemes of the BV M&O division quality system. - The newly formed environmental verification team will work in close collaboration with existing environmental teams which have already been set in place in some regions. - The position may require exceptional travelling to Paris, France for coordination of activities. ➢ Major Responsibilities: - Get qualified as IMO DCS and EU MRV verifier by the beginning of next verification period starting 1st January 2025. - Perform independent verifications and contribute to following voluntary reviews: - Book & claim projects. - GHG emissions over one voyage or on a given period of time. - Once qualified as per BV M&O procedures, support the review of SEEMPs and ...
